= Weekend availability REQUIRED. Open availability strongly preferred.
= Age 21 or older
= Car, License, Insurance
= Previous budtending experience
= Meet sales goals by recommending high-tier, telling customers about promotions, upselling, etc.
= Speak knowledgeably about cannabis products
= Make confident recommendations and guide customers to a purchase decision
= Make people feel comfortable, valued and understood. Good people skills, friendly attitude, eye contact, etc.
